I purchased as a gift. I'm itching to look at the product but it looks lovely and I does want to ruin the aesthetic. Looks like amazing quality. Can't wait for the recipient to open so I get to see the full product

The toasty neck heat/cold pack is great and more importantly exactly as advertised style and quality and to support local. .

I was excited to receive the neck pack and the Velcro back heat pack. I used them straight away after work. Helped decompress and take away back and neck tension. And they stay in place!!

My first shoulder heat pack was faulty and Kate replaced it without hesitation. This one is awesome and I wear it daily for my frozen shoulder. I have a second one for my daughter cos she kept taking mine! Really appreciate this business :)

I have been using my neck and shoulder heat pack for approx 6 weeks now. I love it so much. I purchased one for a friend also and she loves hers. Stays nice and warm when heated for 90 secs for 30+ mins, no odour, stays put. I have also heated it up before I leave for work and have soothing warmth for my entire 30 min car journey. I would not be without it.

This is simply perfect for aching neck and shoulders. Sits beautifully and stays put. Pretty fabric too.

Finally a pack that doesn't slide of ones shoulders. I can walk around with the thing staying in place. Lupins much better than wheat

Love my new shoulder heat pack. The Lupins are so much better than wheat. The heat lasts longer, they don’t sweat and there’s no smell. Sits perfectly on my shoulders and I love the pattern!!
