Thanks so much for shopping with me, I truly appreciate every single order! Here’s everything you need to know about how shipping works.

📦 Order Processing

I pack and ship orders from Mira Mar , Western Australia.
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods or launches, processing may take a little longer - but I’ll always do my best to get your order out quickly.

Once your order has been posted, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

🚚 Shipping within Australia

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location:

Metro areas: approx. 4–8 business days
Regional & rural areas: up to 10 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes can be affected by things outside my control (like weather or postal delays).

🌏 International Shipping

Unfortunately we are not able to ship orders internationally at this time.

📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If an order is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I may need to charge a reshipping fee.

📬 Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed over to the postal service, it is outside my control - but I will always help however I can.

If your parcel seems delayed or goes missing:

* Please check your tracking first
* Then contact me at sales@toastylupins.com.au and I’ll help you follow it up
