Returns & Warranty
I put a lot of care into sourcing & finishing my products, and I really hope you love yours. That said, here’s how returns and warranties work if something isn’t quite right.
Change of Mind
I don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully when placing your order.
12 Month Warranty
All of my products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.
This covers:
* Manufacturing faults
* Workmanship issues
* Things like seams coming apart or materials failing under normal use
This doesn’t cover:
* Damage caused by misuse or accidents
* Normal wear and tear over time
* Any changes or repairs made by someone other than me
Making a Warranty Claim
If there’s a problem with your heat pack, just email me at sales@toastylupins.com.au and if possible include:
* Your order number
* A photo or two showing the issue
* A quick explanation of what’s happened
I’ll take a look and get back to you within 2 business days.
If your claim is approved, I’ll organise a replacement or a refund ASAP.
Australian Consumer Law
My goods come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You’re entitled to:
* A replacement or refund for a major failure
* Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
This policy doesn’t limit or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
