I’m very happy with my purchase, the heat pack feels very comforting around my neck and shoulders and stays in place while I am moving about the house, I like the fact that it has individual sections so the lupins are evenly distributed. It heats up quickly and stays warm for a considerable length of time.

Excellent, would buy again
I purchased the shoulder heat/cool pack as well as one for my lower back (fastens with velcro around the waist) and both are EXCELLENT! They hold heat far longer than others I've used that are filled with wheat instead of lupins. They also don't have a weird smell when heated like wheat packs do! These are so well made and the fabrics are beautiful. I'll definitely be purchasing for family!
