Our Velcro heat packs are perfect for relieving pelvic and lower back pain or simply to stay toasty warm in winter. They are designed to sit comfortably on your waist, allowing you to get on with your day.

Just heat in the microwave until comfortably warm. Or to use as a cool pack simply place in a ziplock bag or airtight container then chill in the fridge or freezer.
If you're between sizes we recommend ordering the larger size as the velcro doesn't fray and can be trimmed for a perfect fit.

I was excited to receive the neck pack and the Velcro back heat pack. I used them straight away after work. Helped decompress and take away back and neck tension. And they stay in place!!

XXL heat pack
I love the fabric and the lupine hold heat for quite a long time! I purchased this for hubby! He tried it out as soon as it arrived - he found that when used on his lower back the heat pack slips - the extra long Velcro is great but doesn’t really hold the heat pack in place! I thought being xxl the actual heat pack would’ve been longer (larger)!
