My mother has used wheat packs for several years, sometimes the wheat burns, or the pack becomes overheated. I was thrilled to find shoulder heat/cool pack which fits comfortably over her neck, or behind her back. They retain heat longer than wheat, virtually odourless and don't sweat when heated. She loves the gift which will go on giving her comfort for many years to come. I also purchased another as a gift for a friend and am sure she will love her's just as much as my Mum loves the one I gave her.

I received my shoulder heat pack last week and just love using it, the weight is just right, it sit perfectly and the colours/patterns available are beautiful. I had also ordered one for my daughter and she loves her too.

I love the shoulder heat/cool pack. As well as my shoulders, which it is brilliant for, it's also good to drape over my knees and is big enough to cover both. I love that it is a WA product as well because it is important to support small businesses in our state.

These heat packs are a wonderful design. You can actually get on with the day, pack in place. It stays put. No odour. Love this product and have bought more for Christmas presents.
